Hello and welcome to our sample meditation on age regression. So just find yourself in a comfortable position, close your eyes, take a deep breath and will begin to relax. Now what I'm going to ask you to imagine is that I've already taken you into a lightly relaxed state and then into a deeper relaxed state. Just allow yourself to settle into that frame of mind. I'd like you to call up your feeling of interest or your thought, your belief and has caused you discomfort or suffering in your life And may create repeating repeating patterns of the same problems over and over again. It could be feelings like anger or unworthiness, sadness, depression, whatever.
Just allow yourself to call that feeling of now. Not so it's overwhelming. But just so it has your complete and full attention and when that sensation or that awareness as your complete and full attention. I'd like you to pay very close attention to where you feel it in your body. And as you continue to breathe toralei I'm gonna ask you to drift back in time to them very first time that you experienced that thought, or that emotion or that belief was created. And using your imagination and going with your first impression I just ask that you go there now.
And just pay close attention to how old you are. The situation that you're in. I'd like you to be there, as if you are actually there again, whatever. Hey. And I'd like you to ask yourself this question as you're experiencing that feeling. Is this a familiar feeling?
I felt before or is this the very first time I experienced this feeling? Go with your first impression and answer that question. If it's a familiar feeling that you felt before, I want you to continue to go back in time, to the very first time that you experienced that emotion, that thought or that belief. And when you get there, again, just allow yourself to be there. As if you were actually there paying very close attention towel you are to your surroundings and to the other people who are in this event. And as you remember yourself being in that event, creating that first time of suffering To ask you to do is to simply release that feeling or that belief or that thought back to that initial experience.
And just feel it lifting up and out of your body. as deeply as you can feel. In your body, in your mind and in your soul, just releasing it to the past without effort releasing the past releasing the past releasing the past And when you are complete or finished with releasing that emotion to the past, you can take your time. There's absolutely no hurry. But when you feel like you've released this emotion or this feeling as deeply as you can. I want you to go through that experience again.
Except this time. I want you to go through that experience with the way you want it to turn out. Perhaps you're with the perfect parents. Perhaps things are turning out better than you could have imagined. Perhaps you feel infinitely loved and supported. Whatever it is, just go through that experience again.
And feel those incredible healing feelings of love and support. Just continue to experience that for a few more moments in silence
