And this is a great technique to use for someone to resolve some internal conflict or to gain insight or wisdom into a circumstance that they're experiencing. So, so close your eyes, take a deep breath and we'll start to relax. So just imagine yourself going into a very deep state of peace and relaxation. Take another deep breath, and really let go on your exhale. And as you continue to relax, I'd like you to imagine yourself going to a meeting with a person Are with a group of people.
And this person or group of people know everything about you and how to perfectly heal or resolve your area of interest such as using your imagination and going with your first impression. I'd like you to go to that meeting now. As if you were actually there. And as you're in that meeting, I'd like you to say whatever it is, you need to say To listen to whatever it is you need to hear, to resolve and to bring healing to your situation. So just go ahead and be there now and allow that conversation to unfold.
