1) Do I have to finish the course within 6 weeks?
- No, you don't This is a self-paced course. Some people would finish within 4 weeks, and some people 12 weeks or longer. Once subscribed, you will have unlimited access to the course so you can learn and review it anytime anywhere to suit your lifestyle.
2) Do I have to submit the final 2 assignments?
- If you want to be certified, you need to submit and get a passing mark If you only want to learn and get a completion certificate, after you have finished, you can download a certificate from My Account - Certificates.
3) What certificate will I have if I am certified?
- The certificate is issued by the Kensington School of Etiquette and Manners. The course is supported and approved by the London Art and Business College, and the London Association of Etiquette Consultants. You will also see the UK Association for Coaching logo on it. You will get an E copy and the original one will be posted to the address you provide.
4) Do I need to download all documents?
- We do recommend, especially the course outlines, as they have tasks, exercises, and quizzes. It is a good idea to print them out and put them in a folder for your study.
5) Do you have a payment plan or discount?
- We do offer a payment plan Please contact us about this. We will notify T.T.T. learners when there is a promotion, and we will send information and sometimes free short courses and products.
6) Can I go back and review the lessons?
- You will have unlimited access to the course which means you can watch, and review them whenever and wherever you need to.
7) Will this course be updated?
- Yes, it will be We will update it mainly by uploading more relevant readings and new materials We will notify the learner.
8) If I have questions, who can I contact?

9) Do you offer a similar program in other languages?
- So far, we have an English version, and a Chinese version (with Chinese subtitles).
10) How can be granted a one-year complimentary membership in the London Association of Etiquette Consultants?
- There are two ways. First, you need to finish the course and get the certificate. Second, if you have done the course without submitting the final assignment, but you are already a consultant in etiquette, image, life coaching, etc, just send us some references.
