You might not have a phone where the keyboard works for get a new phone, you want to be in business, you need to have a phone where you can type easily have you retired, all you want to do is talk to your grandkids, then use the flip phone from 1998. That's fine. But if you want to be serious about business, and you want people to feel like you respect their time, you got to make it easy for them and you have to communicate the way they want to. You may be a 49 year old account manager, but your client is a 25 year old rep for a fashion company.
They send you a text for a question. They don't want to get a phone call from you. They want you to text the answer back. So that's the use of the phone Use the phone the way your clients customers and prospects want you to use it communicate on their terms, not your terms.
