Okay, so some final words from this program about creating a culture of ci. culture change is both deceptively easy and more complex than you might think. It's the aggregate of lots of individual decisions based upon beliefs and perceptions. Now it will take time. So take a continuously improvement philosophy to ci. So if ci is continuous improvement, then creating a culture of continuous improvement is itself a continuously improving process.
