How do you know there is a problem? What specific measures indicate there is a problem? What will success look like? What is the scope? Who is on the team and what are their roles and responsibilities? And what is your project plan?

Step three, complete high level as is process map. In this step, we identify where the problem is occurring. The tools include sidewalk, we then have a tollgate meeting with a champion and demonstrate that the project team is equipped and mobilized and fully understand the business areas and problem they are trying to solve. Lessons from the champion on the Define phase will mark the end of this phase and we can move to the measure phase
