Hi, now we are ready to make the strong foundation. See in mind is just a software which we keep on programming consciously or unconsciously. This programming is based on our past experiences behaviors, which have now converted in our beliefs, the function of our mind to think continuously. It can never talk thinking, once it stops thinking it is dead. It keeps on thinking this is the program reading. If we have limiting or negative beliefs, or via attest to past negative experiences into an OPC thing that will not have questions how to stop negative thinking The answer is simple.

To start thinking question, I know what you're thinking, you're doing this is so easy. Everyone would have done it. Veterans actually is that we just need to know how to do it. We think negatively because of our negative beliefs, these beliefs of random generalized opinion of some other people, but they are deeply programmed in our mind. Once they are deeply settled in our mind, they play the role of guiding force to our subconscious mind. Some of the negative beliefs you can say, life is hard.

Life is painful. I have to suffer no compromise. This universe is not supporting me. I'm a victim. I can't succeed. Relationships will always end in heartbreak.

And the list goes on. If you live completely, or even partially with any of these things, they will guide your subconscious mind. accordingly. If you believe that life is hard, then your mind will focus only on those events where life is hard. Also, when the light is shined, the mind will ignore it and you will miss the juice of the life. But if you believe that life is kind of rewarding, you will start seeing the joy around yourself even small things.

Also, when life is actually hard, your focus will go in your favor. You will start seeing the hardness of life and the learnings and you will not experience any regret or pain about the life replace the negative beliefs into empowering beliefs. You need to do just one thing. Challenge whatever belief you are having. Ask yourself whether it is a universal truth or give your opinion on. For example, if you think life is hard, is it hard for everyone?

If it is true for everyone, that it is a universal truth or is the right heart all the time. But if you find every single person for whom the life is enjoyable and beautiful, it means it is not a universal truth is you find out that it is your opinion only, which you will find out in most of the cases. Just imagine what will be the pains and how will you grown helper if you keep this opinion And then what should be a new empowering belief that can replace the old one. For example, the belief that life is hard, can be reframed. That nice teaches wonderful lessons and is divided. Once your subconscious mind knows that a belief a particular belief is just an opinion and not a universal truth, it will be ready to replace that belief.

You need to reinforce new empowering beliefs by continuously saying to yourself as a stress formation. Along with this keep on imagining the pain you will be getting. If you do not replace the old beliefs and also keep on imagining the gains you will be getting. If you replace this old belief with new empowering belief. Once you do this continuously, you will find that your negative beliefs are now replaced with the new Empowering beliefs and your thinking is becoming positive.
