Hello friends, I am nilesh Goswami, your coach and mentor. welcome you in this session. In this session you are going to learn how to break the patterns of negativity from the Miami. To start this exercise you need to have a pen and notebook. Find a place where there is no distraction. Sit comfortably.

Close your eyes. gently take a couple of deep breaths. scan your body from your toe to your head as if you are seeing yourself from outside your body. Now, start exploring your beliefs. Find out what are the negative or limiting beliefs You are caring for this guy and all of your beliefs, which you are able to find out related to five major domains of your life that is related to physical health, emotional health, relationships, financial well being and your own self. Write it down All of your beliefs once you write it down, see if there are some beliefs which are creating negativity in your mind once you find these names If you are limiting beliefs, write them separately.

Now start challenging these beliefs one by one. Check out whether these are universal truth or are they just your own perceptions. For example, sun rises in the east. This is a universal truth. On the other hand, if you say I cannot earn money, this is not the universal truth. Because if this is a universal truth, no one else in this universe should be able to earn money.

Then that means, this is just your own perception. This way find out which of the beliefs are universal truth and which are your own perceptions. For example, you may have a belief about money, that money spoils life or you have a belief about relationship that relationship is a trap or you may have a belief that you cannot achieve a particular target. So, these are the limiting beliefs as these are not the universal truth. So, we need to replace these beliefs by new empowering beliefs. So, in front of all such negative or limiting beliefs, find out what can be the empowering beliefs.

For example, you may have some of the powerful beliefs that I am becoming a Money Magnet I am attracting money easily. The universe is kind enough to make me feel that I am a worthy person. I'm able to add values in the lives of people. I'm enjoying healthy relationships, right these powerful beliefs in front of all the negative or limiting beliefs and imagine that you are adopting these new empowering beliefs. Speak out these beliefs in your mind. Speak out loudly, as loud as possible, but in your own mind.

And while you are speaking in your mind, start visualizing yourself that you are adopting these new beliefs. See all the images with clarity. Make all the images bigger, brighter, bolder and attractive. While you are speaking and visualizing, start experiencing The good feelings flowing in your body while you are adopting these new beliefs. increase the intensity of these feelings and continue experiencing these new intensified feelings of new and powerful beliefs. keep on repeating these new beliefs in your mind regularly until they become your inner reality.

Once these beliefs are imprinted in your subconscious, your mind will leave all the negative beliefs and replace them with these new and powerful beliefs keep on repeating these new beliefs during the day as and when you get time. This will speed up the process of replacing the negative or limiting beliefs by these new beliefs. Thank you. God bless
