Hello friends, I Malaysia Goswami, your coach and mentor. welcome you in this session of goal setting. So get ready to explore this amazing journey to find out the big purpose of your life. Get a pen and notebook along with you. To start this exercise, find a place where there is no distraction at all. Now close your eyes gently and take a couple of deep breaths.

Imagine is coming from this universe which is coming in form of blessings. feel God guru or DND this white line is entering your body through your head and is providing you the energy and guidance to explore your goals. Now, start exploring your hidden and intense desires which you want to accomplish in this life. Find out what is it without your life does not have any meaning. Do not discount anything Keep on exploring. You always wanted to be taken this birth.

Explore whatever is coming to your mind. Whatever is hidden in your subconscious and unconscious mind. If your name is to be written in the dictionary, one should be written as its meaning What is it that is the most important and valuable to you and you want to achieve it before you leave this world. Keep on exploring. Be as much time as you want to for exploring the purpose of your life. Now open your eyes and start writing, drive each and everything that you have just explored.

Right everything without discounting, then drive in the present tense, as if you have already achieved your purpose. beat your timing, keep on writing for this audio until you finished writing the purpose of your life once you are done, come back. Let us move to the next step in alignment with your purpose. Imagine what are your financial goals? What do you want to achieve? What kind of work you wish to do?

How many hours do you want to work in a day or in a week or in your short term as well as long term goals. Do not discount anything write whatever you desire do not think how will it be possible but forget that for the time being. Just keep on writing whatever you wish to achieve. Write everything in the present tense as if you have achieved these goals. specifying the date by which you are accomplishing these goals. Writing as much detail as you can boys this audio till you complete your financial goals.

Once you are done, come back now, specify your goals for physical health kind of health. Do you want maybe You want to get claimed or get rid of any disease or you want to stay fit, specify what exactly you want and set a specific target. Also, by when you are going to achieve this target, specify that data as well. Make both short term as well as long term goals. Pause this audio till you complete your physical health goals. Once you are done, come back.

Now once your physical health goal is completed, specify your goals for emotional health. How do you want yourself to behave in an emotionally charged situation? How would you like to be when things are not going in your favor? Set the target behavior and secondly, by when you are going to achieve your desired behavior make both short term as well as long term goals. Pause this audio till you finish writing these goals. Once it is done, come back.

Now let us set goals for the relationships. Remember those people who are important to you? What kind of relation Do you want with them? How do you want to behave with them, support them, love them and spend time with them. Right everything that is coming to your mind. Make both short term as well as long term goals and for Till you are done with your relationship goals.

So, once you are done, let us move to the next. How can you leave your own self? What kind of relationship? Do you want to be with your own self? What kind of self image you should have? How much time do you want to spend with yourself what kind of person you'd like to be.

Maybe you want to be always happy, energetic, young, slim and generous whatever. Whatever it is just trying to complete writing yourself goals make both short term as well as long term goals. Once you are done with Oh numbers. Make a cold call for each of these goals. Make a separate card for short term and long term goals. Take a printout and get them laminated.

Keep these gold cards at such a place so that you can see them daily at least twice. Keep your main goal card that is the big purpose of your life always in your pocket. So that you can see quite often what happens every day before sleeping. And just after you wake up running mental CD of these goals in your mind and visualize them as if you have already achieved them. This will attract The positive energy from this universe to realize them. This completes the goal setting process.
