So in this video, I just wanted to talk about another idea that you can do. And that is actually running a contest giveaway. This is a website called rafflecopter. It's actually a tool that I believe they have both free and paid plans, depending on what you're trying to do with their tool. But once you've built up some presence on social media, what you could do is run a contest. And with that contest, you could create some extra viral traffic, people coming to your website and just generating buzz around your business by giving away something and rafflecopter is a really great way to do that here on the homepage.
So, you know, if you want, you can head over to rafflecopter calm and just take a look at this. I'll leave a link as well in this lecture. So you can take a look at that. But I wanted to show you a demo real quick of what the actual platform looks like. Here they have this kind of controller image here. You can see how many days are left on the contest.
How many entries people have put in, and entries are generally whatever you decide To make, you know, they'll probably give you different options as you go through. But here's one example would be, you know, visiting rafflecopter on Facebook, so this could be visiting your business, and you know, maybe liking, you know, maybe just visiting the page, maybe another one is following on Twitter, then maybe mentioning it on Twitter, signing up on an email list, which is really powerful. And obviously, if they do something that's a little bit more prominent, like just following on Twitter, they only get one entry for mentioning it on the Twitter to all their Twitter friends, you know, they're gonna get two entries, you know, for signing up on a mailing list, they get three entries, and then they have a random question here. So you can do quite a bit with this tool.
It's this is all customizable. So there's a lot you can do with it. And I think this is a really great way to sort of build some extra publicity for your business. If you decide to run a giveaway. I would just make sure before you do something like this, that you've at least got some sort of audience that you can, you know, run this giveaway with
