If you had your personalized human design chart available to you, now would be a great time to refer to it. If not, then please just continue to refer to my chart. When you look at the chart, you're going to notice some of the centers are colored in and some of them are white. Let's talk about what that means. The centers that are colored in are called define centers, and the centers that are white are called Open. Once again, colored in centers are called define centers, and the white centers are called Open centers.

Let's talk about the difference between defined and open centers. When a center is colored in or defined, it means that you will have consistent access to the energy of that center once again I repeat, consistent access to the energy of that center. You can count on that energy to be there for you. It is reliable, it will be They're 24, seven 365 days of the year. Your define centers act like radio signals transmitters, they're taking the energy that lives within that center and transmitting them outward into your environment. So define centers radiate the energy outward transmit energy outward.

I'd like to give you an example of a defined center. Let's talk about the solar plexus center. Please look on your chart to see if the solar plexus center is colored in the solar plexus center on your chart is colored in that means that it is defined. If you have a defined solar plexus, your life is going to be a series of emotionals ups and downs up and down. Your emotions will never be static, always be moving. The good thing about this is if your solar plexus is defined, you've come equipped to handle those moving emotions.

You will experience and be able to handle errors reaping from joy and elation, right on down to sorrow and despair. Another example of a define center would be the root Center at the very bottom of your chart, please take a look at your chart and see if the root center is colored in or defined. If it is, that means you're designed and equipped to operate under pressure. Now let's talk about the white centers. When the center is white or open on your chart, it means that you do not and I repeat, do not have consistent access to the energy of that center. Your white centers are you open centers This is where you're taking in or receiving energy from other people or your environment.

So white centers are receiving taking in the energy. White center is not only take in the energy once they take in the energy they amplify it so white centers receive and amplify now Open centers or white centers, we could say act like satellite dish receivers taking in the signal or the energy and amplifying it. White centers are where you receive your conditioning in life. That's right. Your white centers are where you receive conditioning in life. Now, why centers can be very painful.

If you don't know how to use the energy of a white center correctly, they can be great sources of pain. However, once you learn how to use the energy of the white center correctly, they now become great sources of wisdom. I'd like to give you an example of what it's like to have an open center. Look on your chart and see if your solar plexus is white. If it's white, that means that your solar plexus is open. If you have a wider open solar plexus, that means that when you're in your own company, you're designed to be cool, calm collected sort of like a mountain lake in the morning, there's not even a ripple on the water.

However, as soon as you get in the energy of someone who has a defined solar plexus, all of that changes, and if you're not careful, you'll find yourself riding any emotional roller coaster and wondering how you even got on the ride. Another example of an open center would be the root Center at the very bottom of your chart, hit the root center on your chart is white. That means that it is open and open root center is not designed to operate under pressure. In fact, once the open root center becomes pressurized by being in the energy of someone with a defined root center, you'll feel yourself feeling like you have to hurry up, you have to rush which causes you to make more and more mistakes, which causes you to hurry up even more. It's not fun having an open root center and being put under pressure.
