You will notice that there are nine geometric shapes on my human design chart. These geometric shapes are called energy centers. Each of these geometric shapes or energy centers has a name and serves a purpose as well. So let's talk a little bit more about what each of these centers represents. The very top triangle on the chart is called the head center, and the head center houses the energy for inspiration, ideas and mental pressure. Directly below that is the aashna Center.
The aashna Center is the Center for concrete concrete thinking, data analysis, data processing, and data storage. Below that we have the throat center. The throat center is the Center for communication and manifestation. In the center of the chart we have a diamond shaped Center. This center is called the J center, but is also referred to as the self center or the identity center. And this center houses self identity, love and direction.
The smallest triangle on the chart is called the heart center and the heart center is also called the ego center for the will center and you may hear these terms used interchangeably. The heart center houses money, ego and willpower. Then we have the sacral center the sacral center is the Center for workforce and lifeforce energy. So all of the energy housed in the sacral center relates to work and or sex. Then we have the solar plexus Center and the Human Design view. The Solar Plexus center represents our emotions and our moods.
Directly opposite the solar plexus. Center is the spleen Center and the spleen center houses intuition, help your immune system survival and your sense of time. And at the very bottom of the chart we have the root center. The root center is the home for adrenal pressure and stress
