Again, if you haven't completed the exercise, please do yourself a favor and stop this video and complete that previous exercise. But if you have completed now it's time to move forward. And we're going to talk about talents.

So remember that two thirds of your clues in discovering your life purpose are internal, your passions and your talents. And one third of it is external awareness, which is topics that you care about. And now we've covered two clues one externally the topic that you care about and one internal patents, and now we're ready to move forward in exploring your talents. So when we say we're going to explore and discover our talents, what is it that we actually mean? And what is it not as well, it's also important to understand, the first thing to understand is that talents are different with train your town are the things that you're good at. And again, like fashions, it's also an activity.

So your talents mean the things that you do, but you do them well, that you're good at doing them. That means your talents for example, have you ever had an experience when you're doing a particular activity like crunching numbers or something, but any kind of activities, but at the end of it, you're thinking, why does everyone have difficulties in doing this activity? Well, not that difficult for me. If you had one of those experiences that could be assigned that that activity is one of your talents. Again, it's also plural. Do you have more than one talents?

Remember, just like passions But what if you've never had those experiences? No, I've never had that experience where I feel like I'm doing it better than other people. Well, if you've never had that experience, then ask people around you people whom you've interacted a lot that you trust, because maybe they know your thoughts without you even realizing it yourself. But what if they didn't know as well? If you ask them, What do you think are my talents like how do I know it's your talents, not mine? Well, it's the people that you're asking.

Also don't know about your talents, or they couldn't give you answers that makes you feel certain about your talents. But at this point, my friends, there are so many tools, so many assessment tools that you can use in order to help you or guide you to identify some of your talents. There are so many products out there like online assessment, self assessment that you can use to guide you to identify some of your talents. Again, it does mean that it will determine that Oh, so you're talented. A B, C, D, and that's it. It's not you f g or H No, it doesn't work that way.

But it will guide you to identify and it will guide you to identify even more in the future, what your talents are. Because ultimately just like passions, you will never identify and be certain about what your talents are, unless you do them. You cannot just say, Well, my talents are playing basketball or my talents are singing, or my talent or public speaking or convincing people whatever it is, if you never tried them, but again, like I said at the beginning, talents are different than strength talents are just potential. In order for your talents to become strength, you need to practice it, you need to use it. You need to apply those talents again and again and again. practice and practice.

Practice makes mastery and the next one about your talents. And this if I asked you, let's say are what are the talents are for my American friends soccer So, what are the talents of Leonel Messi? Most of you will probably say, playing football or playing soccer. Here's the catch your talents does not necessarily mean a profession. For example, yes, Leonel Messi is an attacker a forward player and play football.
