Welcome to level two, in your journey of discovering and living your life purpose. If you're watching this video, I'm assuming that you've already completed level one. And if you haven't, then stop this video right now and go back to level one. Because in this level, we're going to go through and investigate the clues of your life purpose, and what are the clues that brief about each of them is already there in level one, so make sure you complete with that. Okay? Now that being said, Remember that your life purpose is the thing that would enable you to generate the biggest impact from yourself to others.
And in this video, we're going to start to investigate to explore one of the three clues, which is the topics that you care about, what do we mean by the topics that we care about all the topics that you care about in this space? First? There is a difference between topics that you're interested in, and topics that you care about. And what we're looking for. What we're going to investigate and explore and discover are the ones that you care about, not just the ones that you are interested in. For example, I am very interested in the topic of movies.
I love to watch movies, and it is one of my passion actually watching movies. But we will talk about that later when we talk about discovering passions. And I learn I followed about all the different directors, different script writers, actors, I follow different kind of wars, I watch movies, from different countries and all of that. So yes, I am very, very interested in the topic of movies. However, if you ask me whether I care about the topic of movies, unfortunately not because I have no interest Attention, nor any desire to contribute for the betterment of the movies, industries or the movie sector. You see the difference?
I'm very interested. But if you ask me what I do something to make the movie sector better, no, I don't care. And that's the difference when you start to have a willingness to contribute to make that sector that topic the issues better, then it means you care about the topic. So the difference between a topic that you are interested in, and a topic that you care about, is based on your personal connection to that topic, and there are four levels of personal connection to a particular topic or issue. The first one was like what I just explain your personal connection can be only to the level of you're interested in and that means you're interested but you have no desire to contribute to that topic to that sector to that industry, whatever it is, but then when you start to have that desire that intention, you start to go into level two, which is passively care when you passively care about a particular topic.
You start to have the intention, the desire to contribute, but you still haven't done anything. For example, in my case, corruption or fight against corruption is one of the topics that I care about. I want to contribute to eliminate that to fight corruption. However, if you asked me Have I ever done anything real, anything concrete, to fight corruption? No, I haven't. I just want to contribute but I never really did anything.
But that desire that intention is there already. It means I'm passively care, that's the second level level two. Now the third level is not only that you have an intention. Not only passively care, but you are actively care about a particular topic. Now this gets even deeper because now it's not just about the intention, but you start to take action to actually contribute. For example, one of the topics that I care about is also about sanitation, environmental issues, and especially about sanitation.
Every time I see a threat that does not belong there, if someone's throw it on the street or somewhere, I would take action, I would actually pick that up out, put it on the right place. So I do contribute and not just having the desire to contribute. So I take action, I become actively care about that topic, because it pains me. It hurts me, when I see a place where it's just dirty and people don't care about the sanitation. However, I'm only doing that when the opportunity presents itself when the situation is allowing me to take action to be actively care, meaning I don't necessarily focus my time and energy and plan to contribute to that sector. Only when the opportunity presents itself when someone throws trash on the street or somewhere just when the opportunity was there, and then I'll actively contribute.
That means actively care. However, the fourth level and this is the highest level of how much you care about a particular topic is what I call proactively care. When you proactively care, not only that you have the desire level to basket liquor, and not only that you contribute actively, and not just when the opportunity presents itself, but you actually focus your time, your energy, your effort, you plan it, you can even make it as a career for yourself, then you reach the level of proactively care. Now, which ones have this poor level that we're going to explore that we need to identify in order to discover our life purpose, out of that four level interested, actively care, actively care and pretty Actively care levels two, three and four are the topics that you care about. So if you're only interested in a particular topic or issue, that will not be our focus, however, remember this at the moment, your personal connection to a particular topic or issue, maybe just on the level of interested that it can change, and you can find out whether this topic or issue will move upwards from level one to level two.
Or it can also go downwards from being interested and then suddenly you lost interest in a particular topic. Just think about it. Like when you meet someone, the first time you meet a person, you might get interested to that person. And then from there, depending on the duration of your interaction, or the intensity of your interaction, you might move from being only interested to that person, to suddenly you start to care about the person even though you haven't done anything yet. They But you start to be past applecare. Or you might lose interest to that person.
So it can change. When you're on level one, it can move to level two, and then three and four. So how can you know on those topics that you are currently just interested in? Whether it's going to move up to level two, three, or four, or we'll just stay in level one. Like my relationship with movies, for example, it's been a long time. And so stay there in level one and never go up to level two, three, or even four.
It's just been staying in level one. In my case, I never lost interest in that topic. But it also never goes up to level two, three or four. So how can you know, that's what we're going to do later on when we're doing the exercise, so no worries about that. So before we finish this video, let's recap a little bit. In investigating and identifying the topics that you care about.
You need to first understand between the difference between topics that you are interested in the topics that you care about, and to do that We look through the level of personal connection that you have with that topic or issue or sector, you can be in level one just interested in or in level two passively care that we're three actively care or you can be in level four even when you are proactively care. And the ones that we're going to look for and use forward later, are the topics that are in level two passively care, actively care, or level four proactively care. So I'll see you in the next video where we're going to learn as well about what are actually the function of understanding and identifying topics that you care about in relation to discovering your life purpose. I'll see you in the next one.
