But again, that is it is a meta principle just the fact that you have a clear goal of what you want and what success is for you. So thank you guys. So when it comes to creating success and really accomplishing your goals, you need to first start by knowing what is success for you. So many people waste so much time so many years, and trying to create a success that they see somebody else creating. They're comparing their life and where they are with somebody else that they're watching. They're like, Oh, I want that or that must be success or they look happy. I want to be happy like that.
And they start to work towards something that was never their own personal goal. It was because of something that they saw. So the first part, the first thing you need to do when it comes to success is you need to define it for yourself. Everybody has their own definition, their own perspective of what success is, and even what success is in different areas of your life. You know what the success look like for your relationships? What does success look like for your health?
What does success look like for you? business, what does success look like for your parenting for your family, all the most important areas of your life, you need to get clear on what is success for you in each of those areas. So I would encourage you to take some time to really invest some time you know, get rid of all the noise, all the distractions, sit down, get a journal, put some you know, some thinking music on it, begin to really clarify for yourself on what is success, in your health, in your relationships, in your family, in your business, in the most important areas of your life, you need to get really clear and write it out and define what is success for me in this area. What is it going to look like? What is it going to feel like? What do I need to do to create this thing called success in this area, get clear.
Now that you have more clarity of what success is for you, now Now it's time to look at your whole life as a As a whole of like, okay, where do I need to give some more attention? What do I need to give some more or less? What do I need to develop myself more in order to really raise the quality of my life? Where am I lacking? Now I have a perfect tool for this I'm going to be showing you right now of there's 10 different areas like a pie chart. And these 10 areas represent these different areas of your life.
And it's a good measuring tool for you to see, like, Okay, well, where am I lacking? Or do I need to give it some more attention so that again, you can raise the quality of your life. So here we go. All right, for this next tool that we're going to be using the weekly review tool. It's right here in this Life Mastery planner. So if you already have this planner, just go ahead and open up to it.
If not, you can download it now. Now, this is what it looks like. Okay, so these are 10 different areas of your life. And this is where you're going to measure yourself because you can't grow you can't manage what you don't measure. So this is going to give you a great visual of like, okay, where in my life Do I need to focus on in this next week in this next month in this next year? So I can really raise question.
Am I living? So this code is quickly. So right here in the top you have health foods. Okay, so how well have you been doing this is a weekly review? How how well have you been doing last week when it comes to your diet to come to your health foods? Okay, so on a scale of one to 10 one being I was eating my garbage I was not eating healthy at all fast foods, eating all these artificial colors, preservatives, flavors, you know, it was not good, it was horrible.
You're gonna go right here towards the middle towards the one or the zero that just means it was bad right now towards the outside of the circle is going to be more towards the 10 which is mean like man, I was eating clean. I was eating really healthy, really good. Okay, scale of one to 10. So let's just go through this just so you can get a visual. Now helpful, let's say this last week. It wasn't really great, but it wasn't really bad.
So let's say we'll put that right here. Now emotional stability is right here to the to the right of it. How well were you in your emotional state? Were you up and down? Were you defensive, sad Happy, you know where you all over the place that you're on this, you know, emotional roller coaster? Or did you have pretty good emotional stability during this last week?
This is where you have to be brutally honest with yourself, okay? And then rate yourself, honestly. So let's say this last week I was doing really well. But there are some problems that came up that made me just kind of go up and down, right? And I don't want to give those things power. I don't want to make an excuse of like, Oh, well, of course, I'm going to go you know, and get really angry and mad because you know, that person did that.
I don't want to give them that kind of control or power over my life. So I need to measure myself take responsibility for myself and say, Okay, well, do I want my emotional ability, my emotional stability to be up and down like that? Of course I don't. So I need to get more aggressive in like taking control taking responsibility to have more emotional intelligence. So I can raise the quality of my life by specifically in this one area. So let's say it wasn't so good.
Okay, let's put it a lower. I put it on a four right here. Now my social life, how is your show your social life but in this last week, now this is going to change according to your need and your desire your wants, for, you know, the social activity. Some people have a very high need, like they really need to be social often. So they're going to need more here, right? versus somebody who is not very social, more introverted, doesn't really want to go out.
If they go out once a week, that's like plenty. So they're gonna go 10 No, because I went out once last week. So man, that was amazing, you know, because I don't need a lot. There's other people who need more, who, you know, they need to go out, you know, three, four or five times a week or they like, Oh, I need to go out every time. You know, so they need to rate according to how they feel. So on a scale of one to 10, how are you doing socially?
So let's say you know, I, I was doing an eight, okay? Now, next one partner connection. So if you have a partner, whether it's a if it's you know, boyfriend or girlfriend or someone that you're married with somebody that you're dating a partner relationship, how are you doing in your country With that person, okay, scale of one to 10. You know, I've been, we're doing okay, you know, we text we call, but really, how deep is your connection there? I'm not talking about just superficial, you know, yeah, I saw them I talk to them. I'm talking about real connection.
So this is where you rate yourself on a scale of one to 10. So let's say your connection was really good this last week, okay? Now family connection, okay, so this is going a little bit further into your family with your kids. If you don't have a marriage or kids this could be you know, your mother, your father, your your, your siblings, the people that you want to keep around close those people that you love those people that you really value, how is your connection? How is your relationship with those people? rate yourself on a scale of one to 10 so let's say man, I've been really busy and all these things and been distracted and even though you know, I really want to I haven't been spending time with them.
So I'm gonna have to be honest and say it's a lower number. Okay? movement movement means exercise. So How much exercise how much movement? Have you been getting this last week? So maybe it's only one time maybe you didn't even do any activity.
So you have to do it, you know, rate yourself lower, maybe you'd went for some walks, and that's pretty good. Maybe there's some walk, some hiking, maybe there's some running, maybe there's some weight training, so your numbers gonna go higher, right for the movements. So doesn't have to be necessarily gym, or weights, but it's something that you get moving. It can be bicycling, it can be swimming, it can be jogging, be jumping, jacks, whatever it is boxing, something that gets you to move. How has your level of movement been in this last week? So let's say this last week, I was very busy and I was working a lot but I was very active.
I was moving I was doing things right. So I can count that as movement. So let's say I was a nine. spirituality. How are you doing in your spiritual life? This doesn't mean religion.
It doesn't mean you have to go to a church. It's like what are you doing to build yourself spiritually? Maybe it is going to church, maybe it is prayer, maybe it is meditation. Maybe it is you No going to the beach or into the forest where you're doing breathing exercises or you just enjoying nature, whatever it looks like for you. How and what are you doing to intentionally to build yourself in your spiritual life? So how have you been there spiritually the same?
Well, you know, what, haven't been very intentional on that. I know it's important, but, you know, I just, I just pray at night or I just, you know, pray in the morning and yeah, I do need some more. So you need to, you know, level it up, right. So, let's say it's, you gave yourself a five career in business, okay. How are you doing in your career? how you're doing in your professional life, whether it's your business or not?
How are you doing? Are you advancing? are you growing? Or do you know what's next as far as promotion? Are you doing what needs to happen for you to get there? Are you you know, creating influence in the team around you?
Are you producing the results and meeting the goals that you have? How are you doing in your personal professional life in your business, write yourself on a scale of one to 10 let's say you're doing you know, awesome right now because you're freaking focus and you want it and you know what you want. So you're going to give yourself a 10. Here, finances now, you can be doing really good in your career and your profession and do really bad and your finances how you can be making a lot of money doing really well. But you can be spending a lot of money and spending more than you're making and that can make your finances really low. Or maybe your finances are not necessarily bad but you're not budgeting you're not really clear on where your money's going or where it's coming from.
So that can really make your numbers go lower. So where are you when it comes to your financial life? Do you feel contents? Do you feel stable? Do you feel clear? Do you feel like you're winning in that area?
Rate yourself on a scale of one to 10 so let's say you are doing okay but you need to get a clear budget know what you're making what you know where money is going in and going out. So you're gonna put it right in the middle. Now the last one, your self development, you're learning Okay, so this is something that is foundational for you to learn. You always have to be developing yourself learning growing so that you can win in every other area of your life. So how are you doing what's your personal development? Are you learning?
Are you reading? taking courses like this one? You know, are you doing something on purpose for a purpose and that purpose is for you to develop yourself so that you can when you can succeed in everything that you're doing. So how is your self development part of your life on a scale of one to 10? Let's say you've been doing a lot, you've been taking courses watching YouTube stuff, reading books, you just been consuming so much content, it's just give you that right. So now you're gonna say a 10.
So now at the end of this, you're going to connect all these dots and it's going to give you a very powerful visual of what is out of balance in your life. So let me connect these real quick. So here we are, when we connected, we got this visual. So if you can imagine this being the will of your life and you start to turn it and start to grow. Is it going to be a bumpy ride? Is it gonna be like POM?
Pom pom bumpy ride because there's so many things that are out of balance, or is it going to be pretty balanced where you're pushing it even though maybe it's not all tans, but it's pretty balanced? It's a great Visual to see okay, now Where do I need to give more attention? Where am I lacking right now? Where do I need to really get focused on in my life so I can better my life. That's where this next part goes. Alright, so now that we went over this weekly chart review, and you went over these 10 areas, now I want you to get more specific, more focused.
Alright, now we're finished with this weekly chart review. And now you can see visually in these 10 areas of your life, okay, where you need to give more attention this next week. So you got three areas now, okay, so you're going to get these 10 areas and you're going to find the three lowest, you already measured yourself on a scale of one to 10. So find the three lowest and you're going to plug them in right here.
So there's three areas now you're going to write down the why you think it's important to give this area more attention. Why is it important for you because again, the more clear you are on the whys. And what you're Doing how you're going to do it, why are you going to do it, when you're going to do it by the more clarity you have about those things, the more you're going to raise the percentage of you actually getting it done. So now that we went from 10 areas, we cut it down into three, you wrote down the why you want to give more attention to those areas, now we're gonna get more specific. Now you're gonna pick one area. So from these three, you're going to choose one that you're going to focus on for this next week.

So now, right here, this is very powerful, okay, this is where you're gonna have to put in some work. Okay, so I'm not going to go all through it all right now, but I'm going to explain how it works because you need to sit down after this video and fill it all out. And the more clear, the more information you put there, the more power you're going to create inside of yourself to really generate to really accomplish what you want to accomplish here.
So main goal right here on top. What is the main thing you want to focus on this next week? Now when you're thinking about this main goal, what are the four main things that you need to start doing now to accomplish this main goal? four main things. Now this is where I need to give you a little, little tip, okay? Because a lot of times we have this temptation to get so profound and so complicated, right?
Now, when we start to write down these four things, don't do that. The more complicated you make it, the less you're going to execute and actually do it. So you have to make it very simple, very easy to do. The more simple, the more clear, the more you're going to actually begin to accomplish these things you want to accomplish. Alright, so you have this main thing down the main goal. Now you need to think okay, for this main thing, what are the four things that I need to start doing now, to accomplish this main thing, right, and that's going to go right here 1234 you write those things on top.
Okay, now you're going to start working your way down each column for each of those things to get even more clear on what needs to happen. needs to happen who's going to happen with? And how are you going to measure what's happening? Okay, this is the goal tool. This is for you to get more clarity. Again, you're the whole thing for this is for you to succeed, right for you to succeed meaning to accomplish what you really want to accomplish.
Now in order to do that, you have to know you have to have a clear target, because without a target, you won't hit it. So this is you creating a very clear target. So that for sure you'll hit it. So let's start for with this first thing right here. You have your main goal, and this is the first main thing that you need to do to accomplish this main goal. Now we need to work our way down the column to figure out okay, how are we going to accomplish this first thing, okay.
So first is the how, okay, how am I going to do step by step? How am I going to do this? How, then you move your way down of like, okay, When am I going to do this by? When are my deadlines? What am I doing this by? actually put a time a day, if it's a meeting, if it's something you have to do, how long is it going to be so that everything is measured?
You haven't Everything clearly put down on your paper what you're going to do when you're going to do it by, okay, clear. Now we get to Okay, this main thing, I know how I'm going to do it. I know when I'm going to do it by. And now who's going to be a part of this? Do I have a team do I have? Maybe if it's something with your business, someone outside the team that's going to be a part of this?
Do you have, you know, if it's someone in your family? Do you have a coach, whoever it is that you need to be a part of this one thing to get it done? Write them down? Who do you need to be a part of this whole? Now? How are you going to measure it?
Now you see, you can't manage, you can't grow what you don't measure. So if you're measuring what you're doing, you can always go back to it and see like, ah, I need I need to do some things to really get the numbers up, right? So it's a really good motivator. It's really good for you to beat to help you to be clear on what you're doing and why when you can measure what you're doing. So measure it figure out you can do it on a scale of one to 10. You can measure how you're feeling at the end of the day, depending on what your goal is.
You need to figure out a way measure it. Now that's the same thing for each thing now. Okay, so each one you need to work your way through, okay, how am I going to do this? When am I going to do it by? Who is going to be a part of me doing this? How am I going to measure it, then you move to the next one, the next main thing that I need to do to accomplish this main goal, and I start working all the way through it again.
Now when I get through this whole thing, I'm going to have such I'm going to be so clear about what I want to do how I need to accomplish this main goal. Now I've programmed my whole brain, I've created this whole schedule this whole plan of how I'm going to do it, how are you not going to accomplish this now, this is a very powerful tool. So I want you to sit down and make the time to really put in the work to get clear on how to accomplish your main goal.
