In this video, I'm going to show you how you can add Instagram posts to only post and I'll show you how you can edit them as well. So to add your Instagram post, you can simply click right here or go to posting and post it from there if you want to post it using their planner feature. Most important thing to do is if you have multiple accounts like I have right here to choose from which account you want to post, so I chose this first one, and I can simply click Add post but before I do that, you can see right here in the feed all of your previous posts, if you click stories, you can see stories right there as well but because I didn't post for a while on any of these accounts, I don't have stories complete right here. But as it explains, in the FAQ, stories are disappearing after 24 hours, same like on Instagram, same icon only bold.

If you click direct, it will take you to direct on this account. So if you have any on this account, it will take you right there. And you can chat with those people using the same functionality as you're doing on Instagram. But let's add post a click right here. You can see upload or drag and drop files. Now I have, as you can see many different images that we used for this account.

So how we did this is basically, we created Let me open up a quick one. We created a one Photoshop template, we used different quotes, and we just switched images in the background for each particular post. We use similar hashtags on all of these images. And that's basically how we improve our workflow and our speed so we can get this out quickly. So Let me choose one of them. For example, I don't know this one, I can drag and drop it right here.

As you can see, it's uploading. While it's uploading, you can use the first common feature. So same like on YouTube, when you're uploading video, you can add a first comment, it will increase interaction between your following and yourself. So for example, if the image says something lower trust a few do wrong to none like it is right here. You can say something for example, who do you love or what inspires you today or something like that, again, depending on your account and your niche that you are in, you can type description right here. So let me just quickly type some quick description.

And after I did that, you can type right here, you can click right here and you can add images. So let me so I feel love for example, Add heart right here, or most used quickly, go right here. And choose this case, for example, just to show you how it looks like when you do that. So you can edit right here, you can type your hashtags. And as you can see, it counts down from 30 all the way to zero to notify you that you reached your limit. And this limit is imposed by only pull because they believe that it's spammy if you enter more than 30 hashtags, but in my previous experience, maybe some sweet spot is between five and 10.

But it's not up to me to recommend how many hashtags you're going to use. Because it varies from niche to niche. Sometimes you can use too sometimes you can use stand. It's really up to you and your posting strategy. If you click right here, you can add geotag. And you can add location.

It's great because it increases your chances of reachability. So for example, if you're posting from one location all the time, you might want to use this geo tag. So when people are searching for that particular location, your posts are going to pop up all the time. You can delete the post after a particular time. If you're working as an influencer and you want to delete this post after certain time, you can click right here to select time and date. So it's 21st today.

At this time, I can click Save, and it will post at that time. You can also add post forum which is a good thing for accounts like This one because if you have similar images all of the time on your account, you might want to add a general description or in general first comment. But I really don't recommend this because people are going to notice that you are a robot, and you will get unfollowed quite quickly. So you might want to do some legwork and simply change few things like first comments from time to time in hashtags from time to time, and so on and so forth, just so people can see that there is a real person behind the account. As I said, you can add multiple images right here, or upload and drag and drop files directly from here. So we just added one image, but you can add up to 20.

At the same time, when you finish those 20 you can add another 20 and another 20 and so on and so forth. And you can schedule them however you like. So for example, one on day two or day, two a week one A month however you choose, you can see right here custom time, which is the time we added, you can have planners so you can plan them in advance how you want them to look like. So if I click right there, you have to select planner time shot, which if I go to posting is this thing right here. So all of these are time slots for particular dates and particular time. And you can click on each of them to add.

So for example posts, which is the one we chose. When it loads, you can click on any of them from this date moving on, and you can add multiple time slots right here. So as I said, if you're adding a few posts a day, you can do it from here, or you can also do it from here. So imagine, these are two posts one is going now one is going in six hours, you can do it from here, so So there is no reason to go into posts. If you don't want to, you can do it from here. So custom time and interval it basically the same thing if you want to switch them around, and, for example, add one in one hour, add one in two hours, and so on and so forth.

So when you're ready with your posts, you can simply click schedule. Or if you just want to have one post, you can click Publish now. And as you can see post is scheduled to be published at the time that you chose. So as you can see, it's really easy. You can add multiple posts, as I said, you can schedule them as the times you want. And you're tracking all of that through analytics, you have to give it some time in order to gather some data so it can help you to decide when are the best times for you to post.
