In this video, I'm going to show you how you can upload stories same like we did with the posts. So once again, if I click right here for this particular account, you can see that there are no stories because as I said in the beginning, I didn't post for quite a while on this account. But if you click right here, where it says stories, you can quickly add stories. If we go back to our folder, double click to open one of these stories. As you can see, we did basically the same thing as with the post, we just reduce the size of the elements inside of the template. So we can add some space right here at the top and at the bottom.
So right here at the top, there is an image and a timeline of all of these stories, images, quote in the middle, we added our hashtag, sorry, our handle right here so people can quickly follow us. This is our other account, and this shows that the image is taken from us. Splash, which is a free resource for all of your images. Right here at the bottom we have the empty space. So it will show up the message if people want to message you, and the frame of this quote won't interfere with those elements. To do this, you can simply test it out, you can publish a few posts if you're using Photoshop or any other tool where you can save your template and use it multiple times.
So you can publish it as Instagram stories, see how it looks like on your phone, then deleted. And once you have your finished template, you can use it for all of your stories. Finally, we have quote right here in the middle, which changes as well as the image. But this color overlay stays the same for all of our images. If I go back to follow, you can see how that looks like so it gets one feel across all of your stories and posts and it gets your account looking kind of the same but different at the same time. time.
So people will recognize you after they start following you for a long time, so they will know it's you. Once again, you can add your story quickly right here, you can add hashtags, right here. geolocation, same thing as with the post, you can select a time and date for this particular story. You can add posts from sinking, like read the posts, so you can add general hashtags to your story, you can add some basic things to go with all of all the stories you post. And finally, right here below is you can add multiple stories at the same time 20 at a time, and once you finish those 20 you can add an under 20s and so on and so forth. So as you can see right here, we have 201 image.
So I can select 20 images. So from here to here, drag and drop them in all the polls When they upload, I can go 21, and so on so forth. So they will upload at the same time. So you can see it's really a huge time saver. So if I click and drag to upload it right here, imagine you created these templates for your account and you want to upload them at the same time. You can schedule them at the same time right here from all the polls, and you don't have to touch it at all.
So that's basically it. That's how you save time using all the polls. You upload them once and you might want to add a reminder in your phone to go back a few days before they post all of the posts and stories. So you can add more so you can keep that continue rolling forward. If I click Select time and date, it gives you this. It looks fine.
I'll click Save. You can also click through different He's different months, and so on and so forth. So I can click Save. And I can click schedule right here. And also same as with the post, you can click planner. So you can go and plan this at the multiple times.
But personally, I find this one much easier because I can have them all in one screen and not just click on the calendar in the side of the planner, then go to post, go back to calendar, go back to posts, and so on and so forth. I can do all of them from right here. Click schedule, you can see your posts is scheduled to be published it says post but we scheduled stories. So when I click on this stories tab right here, it will show you that we have one scheduled at this time. So that's how you use the stories feature.
