Stick in a comfortable position with your spine straight, upright or you can even lie down on your back Close your eyes gently and take a couple of deep breaths. relax yourself completely. Now imagine that you are going for a vacation. You are going to a place of your choice where you want to go. It can be a sea beach or a hill station or a religious place or it can be even a fictitious place. Imagine yourself going with your family with your loved ones.
See yourself at that place. See yourself enjoying it that place you are wearing your wonderful dress there is a glow on your face. sparkle in your eyes. You are enjoying with your loved one. You are relaxing. They're relaxing at that place.
You are completely relaxed. You are at peace. You are cool. You are calm. feel the breeze on your body, you are enjoying the breeze. Make all the images bigger, brighter, bolder and colorful.
See all the images with clarity You are completely relaxed. Your forehead is cool. Your heartbeat is regular. Your heart is beating regularly. Your reading is normal. You're able to breathe without any effort.
You are completely relaxed at that wine and that place Do whatever you want to do at that place which keeps you in a relaxed position in competition which makes you cool and you are at peace. Just enjoy these feelings. Let these feelings flow throughout To a body. Enjoy these feelings for some time. Now, you're coming back from the vacation. You're saying goodbye to that place you are thanking to that place for giving you a wonderful vacation.
