In simple terms, meditation is nothing but moving your attention to a particular thing or a particular place. For example, if you're in a concert and they have no many instruments, your musical instruments are being played. And he was able to focus your attention to your favorite instrument.
That means you are married. This means everybody meditates regularly. That is why it is very difficult for me to understand. When somebody says that it is very tough to meditation. It is very documented because everyone knows it. But Why doesn't everyone get the inner peace and happiness they are striving for?
Well friends, this is because we keep on meditating on external materialistic things it gives us It gives us happiness, but for a limited period of time for short term after that is the thing. So if you want a permanent thing, we need to meditate regularly and internally. Not only does it help in getting rid of all the negative thoughts, stress, anxiety, depression, etc, but also improves our concentration, memory and attention span.
