So I really encourage you to think in terms of the vision that you have for your company, or for project and how you can connect Next, the dreams and the motivation of your employees with the vision that you have. And if you are able to connect that, that will be unstoppable, they will do everything for you. Because you have showed a way so that they can leave their dreams in their motivation through your vision.
So think right now take a piece of paper and think, write down the vision that you have about the projects that you have. So giving feedback becomes easy. When you understand the fact that you will first say something nice, and then showing them how it can be improved. Don't say it was wrong, but say this another way you could do it, or how could you have done that better? And you frame it in in terms of feedback, respect to other people. How many leaders I know who don't respect other people, they try to impose the vision they have on on people, and they don't respect people and they don't care about people, respect people and you will see that they will be highly motivated to go there is to encourage them, support them, inspire them, you care and you are able to give feedback, you will become a great leader. What I encourage you to do is to every one of your employees, I want them to know the three roles that they have. What does it have to do they have to do marketing, what they have to do it? What are the things that they must do?
Because I see so many leaders who are great leaders, but they don't tell people what their roles are. So it's important that you define what the roles of every person is. And remember, you must have clarity and let people know so they must know What they have to do and what the roles are.
