What do I want in life? What are the emotions I want to experience? How do I want to interact with people and you just become aware. You can also write down the names of people Who gives you energy and people who take energy from you. So that you can just become aware and how can you become more aware? You just look around you and just you are just in touch with your emotions.

You try to focus on the sensations of your hands off your feet, you become aware when you talk to people, you look at their reactions, you become more aware in life. You're afraid maybe of being Church of being rejected. And what I encourage you here is everyday to just do a little bit more of yourself, express a little bit more of who you are.
