Welcome to day 13 of your abundance challenge. I hope you had some clarity with your conversation with your abundance buddy on all your dreams and desires and how life is an opportunity for you. It should have made you focus on thinking with an abundant mindset. So I think that was a really valuable exercise for you to do. If you didn't have an abundance buddy, you could always just tape it and then review yourself. So today's topic is on karma.

Karma is really important in attracting abundance. You need good energy, to allow abundance to come through because when there's bad karma, that can be a big block to you creating abundance. Now in today's world, it everything is very transparent. The energies that elevating and or the head elevated really high. So it will just amplify what's ever inside you. And it's more fair today, you'll get more justice with how the universal laws work.

So that's the exciting news that you have more power than you've ever had to create the life that you want. Things work faster, quicker, more easily. People are more aware of universal laws and they believe more in energy and what you give out comes back So that in itself creates more of the universe was it allows universal laws to work better. So karma goes both ways. It's both to other people and to yourself so good karma is kind of others and kind to yourself, you can be sometimes bad karma to yourself, if you allow disrespect and allow your To be abused, well, it's not going to do any good being the sacrificer, the over giver, because it's not being nice to your soul, you are not valuing yourself and your full potential. So be mindful of your karmic bank account.

You need to look at karma as in a bank account. Because what you send out and whether it's a thought, whether it's an intention, whether it's it's just all energy, so you cannot hide behind going out will be nice to them outwardly, but inwardly I'm thinking different thoughts. That doesn't work, your thoughts show through, they come through, it'll come through in in what you attract. So good karma means blessing people in your mind, thinking good thoughts, and wanting the best for others, please, that's an energy. So if you have some past issues that aren't resolved It weighs down on you. It's some negativity it was an argument or something you did, you need to clear that bad karma or negative karma and release it from your energy field.

If it's sort of if you feel into yourself and go, you know what, that I didn't do that right or that's not resolved, or I won't pace with that, to allow more abundance to flow through. You can write to that person a letter, or you can put out your apologies, you can meditate on it, or you can call them up and get some peace. But if it's if there's past issues that aren't resolved, find some resolution because remove them out of your energy field. And you can do, you know, talk to the person and say, I'm really sorry that that happened. Energetically, you don't actually have to really speak to them. Although the most powerful thing would be to get on the phone and say this and I just want to create something But remove it so that you aren't carrying things that weigh you down, clear your karma and and build your karma.

Build it be nice to somebody, bless them, help them. Just realize and and love them. Love is you know everything really you have an mg of love it oozes from your energy field and love people love money love life and it and it will flow through to you can feel people's energy are remember once I met a girl as she was the daughter of a friend's a killer. She was around I think 15 and just being around her it was amazing. She loved people and she was a was like a kind of never forget the feeling I had meeting her she had this excitement in Her energy field of meeting you like she loves you straight away, but she's loved people. She loved everybody, but you felt her love.

And I would love to know where she's at now because I just go This girl is destined for amazingness because you just you ever I'm sure if everyone that met her would want to take her home, or you'd want to employ her or you want to give to her. become like that become like a lover of life a lover of people where it's all good karma that you just want to bless everybody. And then we'll be a reflection of you when you love others. That means you love yourself. So good karma, like just build the bank account, build it and you're not only will you have more pace, you'll have more tranquility, you'll just things will your day will flow and that will reflect in your abundance and finances. And it will be You just it'll just come, you just real creating this flow.

And what this is doing. If you're struggling in your finances and things aren't resolved, it actually will push you to do something that you know you should have done. I once wrote a letter to the universe, because when I was, when I started forensic healing, I felt we were having books and so forth. So I wrote a letter to the universe apologizing for my reckless behavior. Because I was like a bit of a reckless teenager and I did things that I'm not proud of. And I wrote a letter to the universe, and I apologized for all these things that I did, because when you're dysfunctional, you do dysfunctional things, and it actually affects your soul.

And it takes your soul out of integrity, and I would really feel that and I wanted to make amends with it. So I wrote a letter and I apologize, I've still got But I wanted to clear a part of my life that was I was retirement I wanted to just die. It was a time when I wanted to, I spent many years wanting to die really, I wanted to kill myself and I was pretty reckless in the way I live my life. And, you know, I because I didn't die here I am, and healed. However I wanted to I wrote that letter, I will, to make amends so that my soul feels at peace. So here's your opportunity to create good karma.

Create your bad karma. And there's something called the whole oponopono and that's just conversation. So if you have any negativity in your mind, you can say I'm sorry, please forgive me. I love you. Thank you. And they just hope Oh, no statements because they just raise negativity.

So you can go well, this is negative, I just saw it and just override and override the negative feeling. Say these affirmations. So this negative feeling doesn't dominate your thoughts in your mind because remember, you've got to remove negative thoughts. I want to remind you, this whole process of changing and healing and becoming and creating is a journey. So you will fall off the horse and a successful person gets back up on the horse and they go, you know what, I fell off, I did it wrong. I'm getting back on.

You just keep saying I'm going to get back up on a horse no matter what. That's a successful person. That's a wealthy person. They don't give out wealthy people don't give up otherwise they would be not wealthy because they would have given up that means they had determination. Right. So just clear it and clear all negative negativity and build good karma.
