Welcome back. How you going from yesterday's exercise on finding gratitude in life, gratitude is a feeling. It's this innate appreciation, and for what you have and what you're given, which then gives you more. So that's it's a life skill, really, it's a way of being so feeling grateful, is the fastest way to bring in more of what you want. So, continue with that exercise. Well, today's topic is on decluttering, spring cleaning, removing excess baggage.
So if you think of yourself, when you remove excess baggage or things that are cluttering up, what's in your head, you might For instance, say you're on a committee. So you're doing, you're helping other people, you're doing all these extracurricular activities or participating in other things. So just clutter your life that don't serve you. Well, that will probably reflect and often reflects in your home, your home will reflect what's in your head. That's kind of just how it works. So when you declutter your internal self, you often start decluttering.
Externally. When you have a clear, uncluttered, working environment, living environment, that brings pace to your mind, it is it doesn't distract you unnecessarily. It allows for you to have simplicity and to be still and you'll appreciate a decluttered home The more you declare inside your mind. So this exercise is awesome. about finding the things that you do not use, you no longer need or have an energy of a negative past or a suffering past, for instance, any site, you know, things that have Jesus on, that's a sign of suffering. Or you might have letters of the past that you may have kept, that remind you of a bad time, you might have gifts from somebody that you may not have a good memory of.
When you remove these items, you remove the energy that holds you back and you become feel lighter. And there's a part that I write about in your PDF on how to be a minimalist. That is a way of being people that go this way in a way of saying I just want the bare minimum and they just live with really nothing much in their house. And of course this is I'm not asking you to do this, but do that. You just do what makes you makes you comfortable. I like some things I don't know if I could really have a super big house, but I do like white walls and just, um, you now but basically have almost nothing on my walls I had the odd thing that might lay against the wall like a mirror or a picture at the place that I moved into.
I didn't have any hooks on so I didn't put up any pictures. I mean, I had the as I should have had the picture, but it's now it's quite bare, and I'm very used to it. I get used to, I want to be decluttering even more, I want to remove even more, which is what I do and every time I move house, I declutter again and I just get less and less I think that it kind of having too much stuff weighs me down. So it's really an I will get rid of old clothes. In fact, I got rid of My wedding dress, which was not really a wedding, white wedding dress was a beautiful apricot outfit. But I gave it to the salvos as nice and beautiful as it was.
And I thought, well, that's not a memory I want to have anymore. And I thought even though these things and some of these things are nice things, they actually don't have a nice memory to them. Or if I've been given gifts or whatever, I'll just get rid of anything that I think well, what sort of energy does it have on his I always placed things as a priority. And that will include any clothes that I have, or things that just have old memories. Because I'm going forward. I don't want to be held back.
So this exercise is a bit like and you can continue to do this. You might want to start one room at a time and say, Okay, I'm going to declutter this room, I'm going to remove anything that energetically isn't got a good memory, any excess things that I don't use or just stuff Because when you go on a holiday, you survived fine. Like for two or three weeks, you don't miss a whole lot. Except stuff. clutters and bear weighs you down. It has a psychological effect.
And it's all just artificial stuff that we don't need. We don't need excess stuff. And when you become simple, your mind becomes clear and you become a conduit and you become nicely connected to source and yourself and it brings peace. So, all right, so good luck with this exercise of decluttering your life which will declutter your mind, which then allows more to come in as if your life is full of stuff, or people similar to people that are the wrong people that are all the people in your life assisting you or good For you, well, when you move the negative air, it opens up for good to come in. And you know that when you've made some decisions in the past of removing something that's not good for you, opens up a great door. Well, make room, allow, receive and just remove energetically, or things that are just an excess item from your life and create peace and create a space and open up for better energy okay to take care, and you could even do some before and after pictures up to you and post them.
I'll leave that one to you. So Take care and I'll see you soon.
