Your participation in this course entitles you to full access to all the training plans and blocks that are listed in the sections that follow. Additionally, in the lessons, you will find all the pertinent testing, training, and tracking instruction you need to better use these and other smart training plans.
The goal of this course is to teach you how to optimize your training and provide instruction on how to use our smart polarized training plans and blocks in various forms and lengths. By breaking down many of these plans into shorter 4-week "block" components, you will be able to insert them into your existing plans as needed. With "block" training options you will be much more apt to create a program that fits you.Â
Also, as a participant in this course, you can take advantage of the advanced fitness testing available at the Fit Stop Human Performance Lab in San Diego or Remotely at a 25% discount (See fitness testing section). Participating in regular cardio-metabolic testing will also allow for a face-to-face consultation with an exercise physiologist regarding your plans and training goals.
