Let's expand your mindset. If your vibration and you get to choose it then basically what that means you get to choose who you are. So when it comes to being a human, we're going to always have challenges. And so it's going to be so important for us to start to in our perception, not to look at these experiences happening to us, but happening for us. And out of that, it is our choice to choose how we want to respond. So everything that happens to us is typically only about 10% of what's happening.
The other 90% is how we choose to respond in reaction to that. So it's going to be important to know and realize that issue Go about life that everything is a choice. And it's always going to have two sides and that you get to create your direction. And when you become indecisive in that direction, you block your own self from choosing the direction that you are to go you get stuck, you get limited, you get constricted, then basically what happens is then it creates chaos versus clarity. That then sends a send the cycle of this negative vortex that puts us in a state of fear versus feeling freedom. So it's your potential and that can be greater than your problem.
If you choose to see it that way, but it will be so important for you to go through a process of knowing what am I I am dot that dot and what that means is to bring some a little bit more new lightning power to them. I am as a power statement, it says I get to choose that I am not becoming, I am not my past. And I am not of these lower vibrational things but I am peace, I am love. I am the operating at the highest frequency that I can that creates power to your statement. So, in this exercise, what I want you to do is list out all the things that you can think of that you want to do be and have this exercise it's broken down for you for each one, what you want to do what you want to be what you want to have.
And then after you make the list of what you want to do, be and have that I want you to prioritize that list in such a way that you can focused on the highest version of you and the highest like point of where you're at, because priority puts into the highest aspect of your highest potential for what your desire is. So, when you start this process for the things that you want to be, those would be things taken at the next step once your prioritize it, I am and all the things you want to be. So I am love, I am happy I am peace and so on. As I was stating, and it could be anything and that then after you do that, and you go into the things you want to do, you turn those into power statements I experience, the love of my life.
I experience being able to travel to exotic places and then taking that next step further. Where do you want to travel? I experience getting to travel to Who Maui to be able to implement retreats that I plan for my clients and the near future. And to basically, you know, put yourself in this power to say that you are it, you experienced it. And then the third one you have it. So in your list of things you want to have then I have.dot.so I have my power partner, you know, I have joy in my life daily.
You get to choose what these things are that you want to be do and have them make them that they already exist and use this list to help reset your mindset from a place of what you were to what you want and before you know it, the details will plug themselves in and How you become, who you are, who you were, to who you're becoming of what do you desire to become? It's so powerful. So make this a part of your daily regimen as you go forward, resetting your mindset and mindset and expanding it to the newest version of who you are. So you believe in you, and you integrate with who you are, what you want, and what you experience and what you're going to have in your life.
