Beginner Pelacore Classes

In these beginner classes, you will learn the typical format of a Pelacore class. You will learn how to perform effective deep breathing in order to elicit a stronger pelvic floor contraction. You will work on coordination so that as you progress through the Pelacore system, you can get more out of each class. Repeat these classes often to ensure a good foundation for all exercise training in the future.
