The Rock and Roll genre is incredibly diverse. There are thousands of different beats and fills that are used in playing rock and roll. And the modern day I'd say that at least about 75% of all the music we listen to his evolve from rock and roll. So it's definitely a style you want to explore and become really comfortable playing as a drummer. One thing that all rock and roll has in common is a powerful kick on the bass drum. And a really strong two and four, back beat on the snare drum.
