It's time to start creating the very best you. It's time to see you think like you and be you how you are when you're the very best you, you can be. So, let's first imagine the very best you. So, what is it that you will be when you are the very best use that you can be? What will be your moles and your guidance? What will you want to be like?
Can you build a scene with the very best you in it? Can you see yourself sharing with others? Can you see yourself having a conversation one on one? Can you see where you live? Can you see where you want to work? Can you see your family and your loved ones?
Can you see yourself interacting with others Because what we want to try and do is create the visualization of the very best you so that you can see it, you can smell it, you can think it, and you can be it. Because there's not a lot that needs to change for you to be the very best you. And with a little bit more confidence, we're soon going to be able to bring this visualization into reality. Because you can do anything you choose. Sometimes people find this really hard to believe, especially if their self esteem is low. But all you've got to think is is this someone else that has done this before?
And then what is the reason why you cannot do it? So if you had all of the right tools, if you had all of the right skills and the right training, and you knew the right people Could you do what this other person has done? Is that anything that you possibly couldn't achieve if you had the right tools to do it and the right training and the right knowledge? So let's talk about grabbing some extra resources. Quite often I find that people that come to me who are very stressed or become anxious at certain occasions, often feel that they are lacking in certain resources. So my job is partly to help you find the resources that you need to become the very best you.
So if you need more confidence, let's have a think, who you know, who has lots of confidence And that you could ask to share that confidence. Now, you could think of somebody living that you know that you've known in the past, you could think of somebody that from history, or from a book that you've read. And all we're going to do is imagine asking them, for them to share the results that you need. So that having that conversation in your mind with the person, asking them if they wouldn't mind sharing some of the confidence that they have, so that you can become the very best you that you can be. And then you need to visualize them saying, Yes, of course. I don't mind sharing my confidence with you at all who you are and see yourself receiving big package of confidence and see yourself thanking them for your package of confidence.
And then think, what else do you need to become more confident or more happy or less worried? So first of all, it's thinking who you know that has got lots of that resource that you need. You need to imagine yourself asking this person, if they should share some of their results with you. You need to imagine that person saying Yes, of course I don't mind. You need to imagine that parcel of resource landing in your arms and see yourself thanking that person for their wonderful gift and then see yourself with an abundance of this new resource. See yourself with all the confidence in the world.
See the new you see the very best you see yourself achieving your goals with confidence. See yourself living the life that you want to live. So what are the resources do you need right now let's practice asking for the resources that you need. And let's practice receiving the resources you need. I often find that people don't realize that a lot of help is very close to them. The thing that's stopping them is their ability to receive the help.
And their ability to acknowledge it. And their ability to say thank you for it. So often, it's a good idea to practice saying thank you for compliments that you receive. If somebody says, Oh, I do like your jumper instead of being embarrassed and thinking, Oh, now it's really old. Just practice saying thank you. That's a really kind.
This is often the first way of accepting the resources that we need to make us the very best person that we can be. accepting all the help in the universe that's around us and that's coming to us is usually quite a big block that you need to practice lowering saying thank you. So asking for help. And receiving help is something that you need to start practicing right now today. So you can ask for help whenever you need help. The new you now has more energy to share and help other people.
The new you can see the very best in everyone and everything around.
