To make the most of this course, you first of all need to establish where you are now, and where you want to be where the journey that you're going to go on. So, what we want you to do is just observe what is happening now and write it down and write the reaction of where what you want to happen. So that you are quite clear about what you are going to achieve. So for some of you, you might become very stressed when you go to certain places, or events. So do shopping centers, worry or busy places with bright lights and lots of noise? Or is it work that you feel stressed?
And you know, as soon as you get there, you're going to be anxious about what other people are thinking about you Maybe it's visiting relations, sitting down with family, and talking. Or maybe you feel criticized and you know that as soon as you start thinking about certain members of the family, you start to get anxious for some social events and passes that really are difficult, because they don't know what to say. Or they think themselves boring and their conversation, not exciting. Or they're worried about what other people will think of them. So all of these occasions can be very stressful occasions for some people, and if that's you, then write it down now and write down what you want to feel when you get there. I know that some people have trouble traveling anywhere that they've not been before, or perhaps even anxiety about getting onto a plane and flying anxiety about going on motorway or main road or driving to a place that they haven't driven to before.
So write these points down and write down what you want to feel in this situation. For some people making decisions can be really hard. So add that to your list if that's you. Is it difficult to make a decision or make the choice or deciding what's best? And do you worry about what will happen if you make a mistake and make the wrong choice? What are the consequences of the wrong choice?
Is that something that's going through your mind? Do you feel overwhelmed by the need to make a choice? Is it too much responsibility? If this is you, add this to your list and right down how you want to feel about making choices? Do you want to feel more confident about the decisions you'll make and not worry so much about the consequence? Do you feel overwhelmed by some aspects of your life?
Do you feel unable to move forward? Unable to commit to a project or a relationship? Unable to choose which direction you should be going in life? Do you feel stuck? Maybe you feel it would be easier if somebody else made the decision for you. How would you want to feel?
Would you like to be able to make a decision and feel happy about it? If this is you, write it down so that we know where our starting point is. And we know when we've achieved What we want to achieve, and when we know that we are stressing less, or letting stress affect us less. I know that some people find it really difficult to go out. They find it difficult to speak to people, and they certainly don't want people to see them at the moment when they're feeling anxious and stressed. To go out of your comfort zone sometimes means not going out of your house or out of the immediate vicinity, which means you can't travel anywhere new, which means you can't experience any new experiences.
If this is you, write it down and Mark what you would like to achieve what new experiences You would like to experience? Do you find it difficult to start a new project? Or really difficult to finish the multiple tasks that you've already started? Do you find these are just so overwhelming, you're just feel totally stuck and cannot get out of this to move on. If this is you write it down so that we know where we are now and what we want to achieve. I know for some people, the fear of ill health and the fear of death can be totally overwhelming.
Do you have a fear of illness, a fear of something happening to your loved ones, or a fear of not coping in an event or a catastrophe? Do you have fear of accidents happening? Are you fearful of death? Are you fearful of trauma happening or acts of terrorism when you go out? If this is you, write it down and write how you would like to feel how you would like these events or these fears not to affect what you do each day. What we want to do in this course is give you the tools to build your confidence so that you can change your mindset.
We want to give you the tools to change your physical reaction, the reaction of your body when you become overwhelmed or stressed by certain situation, we want to give you the tools to change your emotional state, and help you feel more confident about making decisions and making choices. But it's no good just looking at the tools, you will have to pick them up and you will have to use them. You will have to commit to making changes. And to start with those changes are going to be to practice the exercises that we give you. Practice, practice, practice, because you've got to do these exercises so often that they become habit so that in times of overwhelm, the habit kicks in and the exercise helps you regain control. This is how it works.
It's not an easy straightforward course. This is a course that you have to commit to making changes in order to change your whole future. You need to be able to see yourself in a new way. See yourself without this block without any restrictions. See yourself in a new world with no restrictions. See yourself achieving your goals and achieving your goals with a new confidence.
We want to help you change your fears and be able to cope with the life around you. And with the stress around you. We can't take away the stress that is going to be all around you in all of the years to come. What we can help you do is change the way you react to the stressors around you. So we're going to give you exercises for your brain. We're going to talk to you about what your body needs in order to react appropriately.
So there are certain food requirements that we will be discussing, that will enable you to be more healthy, both in mind and in body. We'll also be talking about your exercise requirements for the energy. The energy of course, you'll need to make these changes and to be healthy. And a healthy body and a healthy mind will help you stress less and be much less affected by the stress in your life. We'll be looking at natural remedies to help your mind health. And we'll be teaching you exercise to help change your reaction that happens at the moment and help create new reactions to the stresses around you.
But change won't happen without practicing. So what we suggest is you go through the course. And then you start again and you stop when you get to the first exercise. Now you should have printed off the exercise sheets so that you have everything ready when you get to that exercise and you'll be able to complete it and then continue to the second exercise and stop, make sure that you've got everything that you need and do the exercise and then it might be a good idea to go back to the first One and we do that again. Because each time you get go on through the course, you'll be taking in more and learning more about yourself. continue that way through the course doing exercises, and go back and redo one of their previous exercises.
This way you'll get the most out of the course. Take time to visualize a new life for you without anxiety. Take time to visualize the EU not being stressed. whilst you're surrounded by stress. Take time to visualize a new year. Believe in yourself and believe in the New Year Your new future with more confidence will help many aspects of your life.
So we're looking at improving your self confidence, improving your self esteem. seeing yourself in a different way. We'll be teaching you to believe in your own abilities, because then you'll be able to stress less. And you'll be able to see the world through different classes. Because remember, the stress is around you, and we can't change that. What we can change is your reaction to the stress around you.
