Hi, welcome back to tip number seven, clean air and fresh water to flush out the toxins from your body. Great for cellular regeneration. So one of our tips is to make sure that we remain well hydrated. Carrying a water bottle with us throughout the day to sip throughout the day is really important, at least to get a leader to two liters of fresh water daily is a good idea and even more if you're physically active. One of our tips also first thing in the morning to be well hydrated is to drink a tall glass of water as soon as we wake up. I like to put in vitamin C powder and magnesium powder as well which also helps with tissue repair.
But you can check in also with your primary health care provider to make sure that that's the right tip for you. Another great tip for clean air is getting outdoors every single day breathing in at least 15 minutes of fresh air. And if you are a smoker, we suggest reducing that as much as you can stop if you can, because we know now that there's over 4000 toxins in one cigarette, and that carbon monoxide takes the place of oxygen molecules that is just so important for the healing of our tissues and our body and improved circulation. If you're like me, you'd like your freshly brewed coffee first thing in the morning. So we're not here to tell you don't have that nice fresh cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy enjoy a glass of red wine at the end of the day. Sometimes these are life's simple pleasures.
What we do say however is like my granny would tell me everything in moderation dear. So I make sure that first thing in the morning as I mentioned in the start Tip number seven big tall glass of water with my vitamin C and my magnesium. Then I brew my coffee and I have my breakfast. Same thing in the evening. If you decide to have a nice frosty beer or a glass of wine, make sure that you're also drinking some fresh water so that you are not dehydrating your tissues. Everything in moderation and everything in balance.
