Hello, and welcome to the men my back sort program. I'm Laura Wharf. I'm really glad that you could join us for this program. Over the next several weeks you will be receiving different tips and techniques on how to take care of your back. simple lifestyle techniques even on how to become more aware and more mindful of the day to day movements that we do, how to bend over to pick items off up off the floor more safely, and how to strengthen your legs and your hips so that your spine and your back are more supported. We'll even share tips on how to get a better night's sleep.

When we sleep better and we're more rested. We have more energy and less pain and discomfort the next day to do all the things that we love to do. Hundreds of people just like you have gone through this program before They've come out at the end with more energy, less pain, more strength, better posture, and a newfound zest for life to get back to doing the things that they love to do.
