What will you learn in this course?
Many of us don’t understand why we feel bad, sad, empty, depressed, and anxious. We feel like we have everything that we “should” need to be happy. We don’t understand why these chronic feelings of unhappiness keep on coming up. We feel like we are just being dramatic, or overly sensitive. We feel like there is no valid reason for our emotional states. We feel like there is something deeply wrong with us for feeling this way. Not understanding why you are feeling emotions is very frightening and leads many people into even deeper cycles of unworthiness and despair.
What is actually happening is that you are experiencing the resurfacing of your past unmet emotional needs and emotional wounds in the present moment. This is why you don’t understand where the feelings are coming from and why you keep on experiencing them. You can start meeting your own emotional needs by going towards your fractured and disowned parts and integrating them back into your self. We are all born whole; we become fractured through the many emotional wounds that we endure throughout our lives.
This course is for anyone that feels broken and in pain. I will teach you how to reconnect to yourself and to develop the skills to change your current state of suffering. You will learn how to self-heal by developing self-empathy, self-love, and ultimately; self-acceptance. I hope this course is everything you wished for.
