Achieve a trace state - Hypnosis is very experiential in nature. Do you know how to determine when you are hypnotized? Do you know how “deep” you need to be? You’ll learn how in this step. 5. Relaxation and breathing - Learn the proper way to breathe in hypnosis. It’s very simple and easy to remember. Proper breathing helps you relax and enhances your overall hypnotic experience. 6. Learn how to visualize - You already are visual. Learn how to visualize and improve your skills. This is one of the most important steps because the language of your subconscious mind is images. 7.
