Hello and welcome. In these meditations you are going to learn how to imagine a migraine free life, reduce stress and pressure, heal and balance your body and it's energetic bodies that surround it. I invite you to be open and receptive, remain kind and gentle and allow solutions and new ideas to arise, easily and effortlessly. Before we get started, make yourself comfortable as you get into any resting position. If a migraine attack is on its way make sure you take your preventive measures first – abortive medications, ice pack, hot water bottle… make sure you are warm and that you are laying down for these meditations and energetic healings.

Hi, my name is Holly from migraine savvy calm. Welcome to my course meditations an energetic healing for migraine sufferers heal from the inside out. In this course, you are going to learn some different kinds of meditations, hypnosis, and energetic healings to help you rebalance your body and activate that parasympathetic nervous system to help you rest and digest and hopefully tame down your migraine attacks and the chaos they can bring into your life. I won't be going into great detail on how hypnosis works or how beneficial meditation is to learn if you have chronic migraines, or the entire energetic system, or why use angels and your healing committee to assist with the healing None of that. In this course. I want to give you some tools you can use right now and right when you need them, so you can manage your migraine attacks with more ease, comfort and confidence.

To give you an idea of some of the meditations on guide you through the quickest meditation ever, the most beneficial meditation of all, okay, that might be all of them. A great hypnosis method, a guided meditation to help the pain float away, and to help you sleep and a new way to work with depression. For all the details, all you need to do is scroll down and look at the curriculum list. I put as much detail as I could to help you decide if this course is right for you. Also, I've done both video and audio for you should you wish to look at images while you meditate. But I don't recommend that the audience can Use again and again when you are spiraling into an attack to bring more comfort during the attack after the attack anytime you need it to move your system interest and digest.
