Hi, this is just a short video to show you the knowledge points that go along with the guided meditation. Now I always seem to start with the right hand, Poma and there's a term used in Chinese medicine called a pseudonym, and that's a thumb width. So it's three thumb widths, below the wrist crease. So the wrist crease is obviously where your risk falls. So on the inside of your hand, you're going to count three thumb with down near my thumb's are pretty thin, so if you're thicker, you'll end up further down the knee. Don't be alarmed.
I also use my fingers because they're both the same width as my thumb. So just press them gently under the wrist wrist crease, and I let the thumb fall where it naturally falls. Now, if you're going to press on the tendon, Your hands automatically, your fingers curl around the top and they rest on the bone there, there's kind of like a little natural indentation where your fingers can rest. And you can press on that as well. But gently, gently but firmly. So on the front, we're just going to press gently on that tendon, the tendon in the middle of the arm.
And you can make small circles as well, small circles. And normally it's done with your hand resting on your thigh or however you are lying down with a migraine coming. But you can see my hand down there, so I'm going to keep it up here. But I would be doing this in a resting position. small circles firm grip. And if it doesn't feel like the energy is shifting down and out of your hand, try moving the thumb closer to the wrist crease or further way, you should feel some kind of shift in energy and you should feel the nausea coming down.
Now you will do the left side. Same thing, three thumbs down, thumb folding over, the fingers naturally fall on the other side of the hand, and you press press in small circles, counting to 10 if you'd like however long it takes to feel the shift. You don't feel anything closer, move further away. And that's it. Those are the knowledge points. I hope you enjoy the guided meditation.
I will see you in the next lesson.
