My intention for this course is for you to find a few key things that help you calm down before an attack, recover faster after an attack, and have some tools to use daily to help prevent attacks.
The course will help you add the right tools to suit your needs right when you need them most (urgently!). And there's a lot of evidence supporting being proactive and choosing meditation as part of your solid migraine prevention strategy.
