If the body is really blocked the equivalent of low energy terrain, a phase one viral degenerative cancer terrain equivalent would be blocked regulation where the body doesn't respond to good things, you know, you might talk to someone say you should really, you know, start exercising start, you know, I tried that it didn't help, you know, I didn't lose any weight and feeling better. I didn't have more energy, and then feeling worse, but I'm feeling better. If you do things that you think should be good for you and you don't feel better. That's a possible indication that your body's not responding as it should, right? It's, but we need to think this way. And then the next level up is negative regulation a little bit better than not responding to anything that you should respond to, is feeling worse before you feel better.
And again, it's common sense. If I haven't been exercising and I go out and I run a marathon, I'm probably gonna feel worse before I feel better. You know, so you don't want to Push it if you have negative regulation, you're gonna be symptomatic. You want to be gentle. There's I say there's no there's no big awards for for getting healthy faster. It's it's about it's a it's the slow race it's the toward you want to be the tortoise that's still alive and kickin and working on getting healthier and more functional when you're 100.
So it sounds like this system is a holistic approach really of self care. Yeah, yeah. And that's the idea of the global picture that I'm laying out a theory of everything. There's a clinical theory of everything. It's not a an ivory tower, physicists Theory of Everything which you can plug into it and hope to do some, some integration on that on any segments. Because it's fascinating.
I love it. Because we should be able to understand everything, everything that we can see even in a microscope or a telescope. It should fit into one world and I see a living world. I see Cosmos that's that's alive that has functions very similar to our body. In fact, the physicists who named the cosmic state of matter of plasma by studying the aurora borealis in Northern Europe, named after the plasma in our cells, the cytoplasm, the plasma in our blood vessels, the blood plasma, because it moves the same looks the same has the same function. That's an ionic fluid.
It's an ionic gas, it carries electromagnetic fields. And so it moves with the same kind of energies. And electromagnetism is on the order of 10 to the 36 to eight, depending on who you talk to orders of magnitude stronger than gravity. And we have a culture where we think that gravity is what runs the universe. But we're going to look into that again in future segments and see how it looks more like we're living in a cellular living universe. That's very much like the cellular living universe when we look inside our body, even to the level of an electron is what is an electron.
It's there's a model of an electron that that, as David Bohm, physicist says, all matter is frozen light. Well, now there's a quantitative model that works for the electron that says, it's a photon, that's that's wrapped on circle and folded on itself like a mobius strip. And that creates what we call an electron. how he'll get more electrons and more photons, and we get the protons out. I'm speechless. I can't wait to hear more about this.
Thanks so much. So you're saying like a cold or flu is healthy, so that'd be considered safe. Phase five symptom or was that the cold? Well, if it's a virus or cold or flu virus typically would be a virus would be a phase one symptom usually of cold or flu, you're gonna have a low level fever. It's not deep into phase one where you have, you know, it's not typical of cancer, that's you don't have enough energy. If you have, you know, serious cancer building going on.
Your immune system doesn't have enough energy to produce a fever at all the flu comes through, and you don't even think you got it. The virus comes in your body, it might reproduce and move on, but you don't get immune reaction that takes energy. So you don't have the immune response. That's the healing part of the flu. So the flu is actually phase one symptom. A called you know, typically, again, it would be a virus, you could have a bacterial infection would be a phase phase two, but the immune system response which includes the fever, the inflammation.
That's not what the virus does. That's what we did. So to think that that's the problem, and we want to avoid that. Well, I don't agree most of the people that I've ever seen who, you know, come and say, I can't believe I just found out I have cancer. I have been the healthiest person around for 20 years. I haven't even gotten the flu.
How could this happened to me, that will that tells me right off in this model, it's really clear. They've been in the low energy, phase one terrain, a chronic degenerative tendency in their Renu for 20 years, they didn't have enough energy to produce a fever response. So to me, the person comes in and says, Well, you know, I get a fever, you know, in the spring and the fall, it's kind of a pain but you know, I burn it off and go on the spring housecleaning and fall off. And that's a good thing. Again, it's a there's a generalized cleansing response to inflammation. in general.
There's a reason our body produces inflammation, inflammation. There's not an enemy. It's what our body's doing. So if we believe in evolution and genetic intelligence that we're adapted for life and to maintain life and to support life, we better start questioning if we want to suppress inflammation and fevers, there's a time Yes, because they can do damage. They can burn down the house, you know, you can can do more damage than good. So we want to moderate that or modulate that.
And there's get into when we get into specific therapies, for example, we can go into things like like how plant sterols plant, the plant equivalent of cholesterol, Phyto, sterols, structurally equivalent, they're similar shape, but have different function in the body. They're actually among the most important fats in the body. And for a couple thousand years of commerce, we've been filtering them out of our oils. We want to sell That oil that we've produced and if people see stringy stuff floating around in it kind of, there's something in there. It doesn't look pure. Well, yeah, it isn't pure, it's better than pure.
It has the most important nutrient in it that that oil is carrying. That's an oil soluble oil carry nutrient is Phyto sterols. And and that is an immune modulator. It boosts our immunity against infection, and it reduces our tendency to produce inflammatory responses and over reactions like allergy. So if we want to be efficient in our immunity, we need to be eating sprouts. That's where the fiber sterols come from.
That's where they're the most concentrated in that. That little plant. very susceptible has this tasty it's the highest in nutrition, everybody wants to eat it, when the when that seed is sprouting. Right? Does the seed before that has all kinds of protections know that tapes on grains and it'll stop us from being able to utilize the nutrition but when it's sprouting, everybody wants to eat it. So it's got to have some kind of protection and it's, it's got to have its immune function at peak.
And so it's the highest in all kinds of nutrients including the final stairwells. So something like an unfiltered flaxseed oil or taking the flax seeds and grinding yourself or soaking seeds overnight and eating or eating sprouts, very, very important for improving our immunity. So we don't have these symptoms that we think are a problem that we have to kill the symptom by stopping the immune system from working as hard as it is healthy immune system work easier and more comfortable. Thank you for coming today. Thank you
