Okay, welcome to the 92nd reset. Now, the reason I want to present this information to you is because a lot of people feel like it's very, very difficult to change. And yes, that may be true. But here's the thing. change occurs in an instant. It's the longevity of the changes whether we hold on to something, or whether we let go of something that is what determines the outcome of our lives.

So when we think about our emotions, particularly as it relates to mindfulness, it's possible to create an immediate mind shift. It just takes a single thought it takes an action, it takes a breath. Now to be able to hold on to that maintain it, that becomes the trick. Now, you may think that it's impossible, but the fact is that we do it every day, but our tendency is to want to hold on to the things that we really shouldn't hold on to and neglect the things that we should be embracing. So this 92nd reset. Just a way to help you to understand how you can create a dramatic shift in your mind state in as little as 90 seconds.

Now, it may be a little more in some cases, it may be a little less in other cases, but 90 seconds is a good starting point. So let's go ahead and get into how and why this works.
