Have you ever experienced feeling anxious just by recalling a stressful situation? As humans, we are adept at producing the disruptive hormones that are designed to keep us safe, going into flight, fright or freeze mode. However, we are not designed to live in emergency mode for extended periods. Compared to men, women are not so adept at managing to let go of these stress-busting chemicals and this leads to imbalances and a dis-regulation of the genes that cause disease. So even your thoughts can make you sick! I have recorded some short videos for you in which I share some things I have learned that have helped me to overcome stress.

Let's talk about sex, baby. Let's talk about sex. Ah, hello, I'm going to talk to you about sex. Well, actually, I'm not I'm going to talk to you about the difference between the sexes, and specifically the difference that stress has on men versus women. My name is Dr. Joe Barron. I am a lifestyle advocate, a speaker, an author, a coach.

I've been studying functional nutrition for many years and have been a former nurse. And my passion is to help women in particular, and live a happy and healthy and lives of vitality and joy and wellness. How do I know how to do all of that? Well, it's because of what I've dedicated my own life to over the last few years. So don't turn off because I know it's tempting. I have a very short attention span to but whilst I'm here in the Alps, I wish I could see what I could see I am right in the French Alps and The most beautiful view.

But while I'm here, I thought I would make you a series of short videos, which kind of dispel some of the facts and myths about what it is to be well in the 21st century. I'm going to be sharing some of my really top tips about the proper nutrition supplementation exercise that you should be having, particularly as a woman and a woman over 40 I'm going to be sharing with you some of the kind of Mind Body soul approach that I've discovered is the best way to living this wonderful life of health and vitality.
