Welcome back guys, this is the website that we will be migrating today. This is a fully functioning website as you can see here. If you want to check out how to make this website now you can check my previous tutorial on Skillshare where I go through creating this website from scratch. Now, to move this website let's go to the dashboard and go to plugins, add new and search for duplicator. Here it is duplicator WordPress migration plugin by snap Creek installed and activated. I already have it installed on my WordPress.

So here it is. I can click on it And go to create new. Here it is, there are some settings here. Let me go through them storage. This is where the snapshot or a copy of your website will be stored archive. What this is telling me is that I have a backup of this website inside the folder which is going to be duplicated.

So I don't need the backup. That's why I have enabled this file filter. It is showing me the path of the backup. All right, so I have excluded it. Similarly database now don't touch this because this can easily break your website. So let me close this and installer.

Now this is a file, which this plugin will export along with our database to install our website on our server All right. Now let's click on Next. And it is scanning our site. Okay. Files enabled the sizes 214 point 81 Mb, it is showing a notice and size check. So let's open this and okay.

So basically the file size is a little big. That's why it is showing a notice so we can ignore that. Everything else looks good. Okay, so let's continue and build. All right, Justin. Let's download these.

One click download and I'll save it in my desktop. Let me create a new folder, website, backup duplicator I will include these files in the description down below. So if you want to practice you can download them. Alright, and save again for this one also. Okay, website backup duplicator and save. Alright, both of our files are downloaded.

Now, let's go to the File Manager of our hosting provider. So here it is. And we need to copy the two files here. So let me import them. So upload files, select files, upside backup duplicator select the to file and open, upload and wait for it All right, the file upload is complete. Now what we need to do is create a database first.

Okay, so let's go here. And in your databases, create a new my SQL database and a database user. Check this out in your web hosting provider. Why to do this? So my SQL database name, its name this web host. Okay, it won't let me Okay, so let's maintain a meta and web hosting class.

My SQL username, web hosting class and the password. And create let me scroll down in here is our database, the username and host. All right now, here is our domain web hosting class.tk. Let's open it in a new tab. And we need to type slash install.no installer dot P H P installer dot php and click enter. All right, and we see this everything else.

Archive is passed validation passed. I have read next now this is installing our website on the server. All right, it is done. Now what we need to do is we need to put the database name, which we created earlier. So let's go here and databases, my SQL databases. And we created this one.

So let's create the data copy the database name, copy and paste it here. Copy the user name and paste it here and the password that we made and tested database and it is a success. Now let's click on next uninstaller with these settings yes Here you can specify the title of your website. So let me change it to web hosting class. All right, and you can specify the URL name and the path on the server. Now let's click on Next.

Okay, let's click on admin login. Now we can log in from here, so and we have successfully migrated our website. Now the duplicator plugin is showing us this notification to remove the installation files now, for security reasons it we should remove those files from there. Alright, so just click on this option here. And we are done. Let's check out our website.

So copy and let me open up a new private window and paste and go. And here it is. Wallah. Easy peasy. And our website is working fine. All right.
