We've already linked out to our social profiles, and added the schema markup, as shown in a previous video. The site about page is the ideal place to reinforce this and make sure that Google is well aware of your reach. If you don't already have an about page, create home. If it does exist, enhance it by adding text until it's around 2000 words. The usual guidelines relating to content pages also apply here. This means multimedia rich content and an interesting story using h2 heading subtitles for relevant keywords as we look ordinary page link out to authority size with anchor text related to your site's niche.
At the bottom of the page, add all your social profiles and link out to them. Now go to each of your social profiles, and make sure that they link back to your about page. the about page has increased in importance, and is a measure of your reach on the internet. The idea is to impress upon Google that you own authority in your niche. The final step is to add links to any site that features you or your site. The search for Jim bruschetta returns several results that I can use in my about page.
