The Matrix “Become a Professional Coach” is an advanced coach training and certification program involving 125 hours of curriculum-based learning and 10 hours of additional mentor coaching from the program director. This program is targeted toward individuals who want to enroll in a comprehensive and advanced certification program to further propel their knowledge concerning the varying coaching fundamentals.
The training program is divided into two sections that explore the updated ICF Core Competencies and the fundamental psychological theories and models that are in practice in the current world. Learning about these individual theories involves a better understanding of human behavior and letting go of internal barriers. The program is curated to support and help aspiring coaches find a way to handle varying shortcomings pertaining to corporate or individual coaching. Following the successful completion of the BPC training program, aspirant coaches can apply for the PCC ACTP route with ICF. Learners will also have to undergo a comprehensive performance evaluation before applying for the ICF credential filing.
