Then this course is for you. My name is vinita, Nicola and together we are going to learn about the process, tools and techniques that are helpful when solving problems and taking decisions in the group. My experience as a team member, team manager, agile coach and group facilitator shows that many teams efficiency suffer when it comes to decisions that need to be taken collaboratively in such cases, Teams struggle in endless discussions and unfortunately often keep conflicts which destroy trust and add chaos and inefficiency.
I have struggled with this a lot myself. Over and over. I have found myself in frustrating situations with my team trapped at a point where we could not move forward and find the meaningful solution acceptable for everyone. It took me a while to get some answers to these challenges. When I learned more about coaching, and 30, observing the process from the more neutral position, I became aware that decision making is more of a process than an act, a journey that a team needs to perceive as such and take together following certain criteria to find the best route. It also helps the world to use certain tools and procedures that guide the journey and make it more pleasurable and meaningful for everyone.
