But let's get started and let's get to the real deal. So the real facts is it you know when it comes to real estate market There's no right way but there are better ways. I'm often asked what marketing to that I prefer to generate leads, yellow letters or postcards. But before break down these tools, I just want to make everything clear. The real estate is an industry where you can make money, but it's all about marketing and consistencies. Your results will likely vary based upon several factors.

Number one, the price point that you're going to use the neighborhoods, the city, the zip codes, the lead type, etc. So don't think that every deal is going to be the exact same because they all are going to be slightly different when it comes to yellow, yellow letters or postcards. It just depends upon which one you choose and how consistent it is. One thing about postcards, you can kind of see them, you know, right here, the response rates are lower. People will not generally call you off a postcard unless they are looking for more information. So the leads you tend to get are, in my experience much more serious and willing to sell overall.
