Yoga therapy sessions are given to 1:1 clients. The initial intake will take at least one to one 1 /2 hr which involves a complete medical history, age, any medications or supplements, any therapies tried and failed, work, lifestyle, family and spiritual beliefs, and also the client's goals for seeing this therapist. In yoga therapy we use techniques such as Poses (asanas), Breathwork (Pranayama, and meditation practices and if needed philosophy readings and put a plan of care individualized to the client's needs and work with them with the following hourly sessions to achieve those goals and teach them to create a practice for themselves. ***Frequence of sessions will be determined after the initial consult (Intake).
