The Discovering Personal Effectiveness Program introduces the Discovery Learning system and the Discovery Personal Profile. The approach is fun and interactive and gives you a language and framework for understanding yourself and others better which you can put into practice immediately.

Using your Discovery Personal Profile, the course enables you to understand your own personality better, identify other types of personalities and adapt to different communication needs. The use of four-color energies - Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue - creates a memorable common language and framework on which you can base your interactions in the future.

This course can be attended individually or as a team. Work and family member teams are encouraged to take the course together and can greatly increase their ability to adapt, connect and develop a deeper understanding of each other’s needs.

The Discovery Personal Profile can be produced in 40+ languages.
