This series of classes will cover the importance of over 36 common Ayurvedic herbs from Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) to Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) and provide not only classical information and references but also how compounds of Ayurvedic herbs today may have some drug-herb interactions or contraindications. You will learn fundamental principles of Ayurveda for a better understanding of use, application, and posology. You will acquire confidence in the use of notable compounds and spices used to treat a myriad of ailments from anxiety to indigestion and the best timing for administration.
This class is not only for Ayurvedic Practitioner Students but is also for Clinical Herbalists, Nurse Practitioners, MDs, Chiropractors, DOMs, Pharmacists, Integrative Practitioners, and layperson who desires to know how to manage health conditions with the use of Ayurvedic Herbs.
With over 20 years of clinical practice, Sonia Masocco will provide you with the information needed to make the right strategic choice.
