Week 1 - Welcome and Introductions

Week 2 - You Were Born for Greatness (August 8)

• Acknowledge your accomplishments
• Identify limiting beliefs
• Begin to reprogram your negative self-talk

Everyone has a unique purpose and mission during their lifetimes. From the time we were in our mothers’ wombs our subconscious minds have been downloading information that we BELIEVE to be true about who we are. Every experience we have had has formed our opinions about ourselves. We have the power to reprogram any belief we hold about ourselves, that may not even be true, to uncover our true greatness. We are the creators of our lives and this week we have started taking back our power by BELIEVING that we can turn our dreams and visions into reality.

Week 3 - Take the First Step to Create Your Vision  (August 15)

• Remember your innermost dreams and desires
• Recognize your own special gifts, skills, and talents
• Tap into what you hold most dear to your soul
• Create a bold and beautiful vision for your life

Life is happening through us and we are the creators of our lives. When we were young, we dreamed big, bold dreams. We didn’t ask ourselves how we were going to become an astronaut, the President, or help bring about world peace because the show was not important. In this week we started remembering those dreams, identifying what values we hold near and dear to our hearts, and envisioning what it would feel like to be living a life that brings us an abundance of happiness and joy as we share our unique selves with the world.

Week 4 - Notice What You Are Noticing (August 22)

• Recognize where you are putting your attention
• Identify the many miracles and blessings in your life
• Shift your attention from your challenges to your blessings

Where our attention goes, our reality flows. When we are focused on the challenges, struggles, and worries in our everyday lives, we miss out on the many blessings and miracles we already have. This week we started being mindful of what thoughts we are thinking and where we are placing our precious mental energy. When we are grateful for what we have, the Universe always gives us more to be grateful for.

Week 5 - Happiness (August 29)

• Shift the way you perceive a problem
• Understand how being happy affects you
• Identify what makes you happy

Happiness is an inside job, and it is a gift we give to ourselves. We can allow ourselves to be upset, hurt, or angry when life gives us painful and heartbreaking experiences, but when we make a choice to find the humor, the lesson, and the gift we shift our mindset to a happier state of being. Being happy also affects our physical bodies as well as our mental health. Happiness radiates a special kind of energy that people gravitate towards. A happy life is a life well lived and this week we added ways for you to add more happiness to your life.

Week 6 - Be the Energy You Want to Attract (September 5)

• Learn ways to raise your vibrational frequency
• Discover qualities you admire within yourself
• Recognize what you are attracting

Everything is energy and like attracts like. We are always attracting or manifesting things into our lives without even being aware of it.
This week we learned about the frequencies we create by our different emotions and learned ways of raising our vibration so that we can attract more of what we want into our lives by who we choose to be.

Week 7 - Ubuntu, I am Because We Are (September 12)

• Understand the universal connection we have with one another
• Learn ways to express Ubuntu
• Practice forgiveness

I am because We are. When we understand that we are all connected, finding empathy and compassion for another living soul is as natural as breathing. Our happiest and most fulfilling lives come from being of service to others and not only living for ourselves. We rise by lifting others and in this lesson, we have explored our humanity so that we may be our very best selves to this world.

Week 8 - The Art of Surrender (September 19)

• Understand what it means to let go and allow
• Learn ways to practice surrounding
• Change your perspective on events and circumstances that have happened in your life

Learning the art of surrender is a lifelong process. The more we are mindful about letting go and allowing life to unfold, the better we will become. As human beings, we try to control things that are not in our control. What we do have control over is whom we choose to BE and how we respond to everything that happens in our lives. That is where our greatest power lies. When we learn to let go of our need to control what is outside of us, we can live with more peace, happiness, joy, and fulfillment.

Week 9 - Reflections (September 26)

• Reflect on what you have learned about yourself
• Determine your next steps

Honest self-reflection is important for us to learn about who we are and how we show up in the world. We get to choose who we want to be in every situation and circumstance of our life. That is where we hold our greatest power. In this week’s lesson, we reflected on who we choose to be and what we would love to have in our lives. Always remember, the world needs what you have to give. Create a beautiful life for yourself and the lives of everyone around you will be better for it.
