The "cure" is in acceptance and the "recovery" is in the work. This 6 session workshop is for those who are ready to take an active role in overcoming fear. Each participant will be engaged and work at their own pace in the recovery process. You will be guided by me, a certified anxiety/phobia coach and recovered panic attack sufferer. As we work together you will learn how to control your fear response which is the key to freedom from fear. I will share with you the proven work of Contextual Therapy with its 6 steps that will guide you as you work through your fears. Most, if not all, participants will see an improvement in their anxiety and fear responses if willing to face their fears and do the active work to begin their recovery. During each session, I will teach you how to use the six steps and effective tools to manage the thoughts that create your anxiety and fear. We will support each other and be free to share in a setting that is compassionate and encouraging. This is a positive and supportive setting in which you will discover that we are all the same; every anxious person understands exactly what another anxious person is going through and how they feel. This common bond of truly understanding each other creates the support that aids in the effectiveness of our time together. At the conclusion of our sessions, you will leave empowered and on the way to effective recovery. Let's do the work together.
