By following these simple principles:
1. Always carry a shopping list on your phone or print out a list that corresponds to your meal plan.
2. Always have a budget and shop once in 1-2 weeks at a time to avoid unnecessary trips to the store.
3. Don't buy snacks. Make your own snacks at home or just eat fruit.
4. Read labels - if there are numbers and big words you cant understand - they are chemicals - colors, additives, and preservatives You don't want to be eating that The whole premise of eating for me is to get nourished while putting as little pressure on your body If your body is going to be spending all its time trying to rid its self of those toxins what is the point of eating them It will not have time to repair or grow it will only be firefighting
5. Never shop hungry and make an easy meal when you get home.
6. Buy local, seasonal, and fresh produce and wash well with a salt bath to remove pesticides.
